Go to Settings > Wi-Fi & Internet
Tap the gear icon next to the network name, or long-press the network name and select Modify network or Advanced options
Tap the dropdown menu under Proxy and select Proxy Auto-Config
Paste the PAC URL in the URL field, and save it.
Check My IP Address Now

Go to System Settings > Wi-Fi Settings
Tap the Details button next to the network name
Tap the menu Proxies and enable the option Automatic proxy configuration
Paste the PAC URL in the URL field, and save it.
Check My IP Address Now

Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Proxy
Scroll down to the Automatic proxy setup section, toggle Use setup script ON. Toggle Automatically detect settings OFF (if on).
Tap the menu Proxies and enable the option Automatic proxy configuration
Paste the PAC URL in the Script address field, and save it.
Check My IP Address Now
